TEAM is an organisation dedicated to education, supporting minorities in order to have equal opportunities, and helping with the social inclusion, trying to erase the barriers linked to social matters, economic, geographical and even discrimination. Join us to this journey, so we can create a community, education- based, where anybody can find his personal goal and develop his competences.
Materials for Learning
Many educational materials in local languages are often out of date. We work with school leaders and individuals to ensure that students have access to current textbooks and learning material that are age appropriate and written in their primary language.
Continuing Education for Teachers
We create bespoke continuing education programs to address the needs of teachers and their student communities. From training on the latest technology to new pedagogical methods, we help teachers make their classrooms engaging and successful.
Support for Communities
Education happens within the context of a larger community. Our approach extends beyond the school to help ensure students have the necessary support to do their best learning. This is accomplished with teacher training, as well as parent schools, cooperating with experts like psychologists and social workers.
Enabling youth
Youth is the future of our society. By engaging them in job shadowing, volunteering, Erasmus+ Programs and capacity building they become more responsible and ready to inherit the fate of the world!
